Thanks J.T. I’m afraid I’ve failed. You’ve encouraged me to get back on track though. I’ll get something posted later tonight.

My problem is that I am a horrible writer yet somewhat of a perfectionist so even though I have tons of material I don’t write new posts like I should.

ST. PAUL'S EPISCOPAL CHURCH, MONONGAHELA PA A blog celebrating the 150 year history of St. Paul’s in Monongahela PA. Written with a lucid style with plenty of local history. Excellent reading people of all denominations.
STUFF THAT'S GONE A blog similar to Lost Monongahela which covers way more territory. A great website with tons of content.
SWPA RURAL EXPLORATION “Exploring and photographing southwestern PA’s adandoned mines, industry, homes … and whatever else we may find. A little history, a little legend … from the most massive structures to the minute details we walk past every day.”
TEN MILE CREEK COUNTRY A delightful history blog about the Ten Mile Creek area, just a little upstream from us on the Monongahela River. The author has a lucid writing style to which I can only aspire.
THE PICTURE BOX A collection of photos from the archives of area historical societies and the Observer-Reporter. Primarily focused on Washington PA but you will find something from our area now and then. (What happened to the old Daily Republican archives?)
TRAVEL WITH A BEVERIDGE Scott Beveridge is a journalist for the Observer Reporter who lives in Webster PA. Scott writes about local history and current events and has probably the most popular blog in our neck of the woods.
