Gentlemen,
The photos of a spring shop are of Toledo Spring Co, Toledo Ohio, which was a sister to Liggett in 1975. The steel storage area shown (Toledo Spring) has a bridge crane while the Liggett steel shed had a monorail crane for handling the bundles of steel. The fire, that destroyed the Liggett spring shop building, was in January 1975.
For reference I am Lowell Dexter, son of Charles E. Dexter, owner of Liggett until his death in 1972. I worked for Liggett and Toledo Spring from 1969 to 1979. I was one of the 3 engineers who started up Toledo Spring in 1973. I might have some pictures of LS&A but they may have deteriorated here in Florida. Let me know if you’re interested.

Diane,
Yes and you must be the Diane McGregor who also went to Pleasant View School. How did your interest in Monongahela develop? Excepting for the McCormicks who live across the street 0our house on what is now Hassam Rd (It was Sharon Grade and then Ewings Mill Rd) you are the first contact from that time.
Best regards,
Lowell Dexter
